Vegan sandwich to rival any other sandwich!
I love a good sandwich. You don't need meat to have a filling, flavorful sandwich. This sandwich is vegan but you can make it vegetarian if you use regular cream cheese. Want to see me make this sandwich on video? Check out the link to my TikTok page at the bottom of the screen!
VEGAN SANDWICH
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
2 slices bread (I used a chia bread)
3-4 tbsp vegan cream cheese
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 leaves Romaine lettuce
Few thin slices cucumber
Few thin slices tomato
Roasted red bell pepper, sliced
Handful of sliced black olives
Salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Spread cream cheese on both bread slices.
Top one slice with avocado, then sprinkle on a little salt.
Add the lettuce, cucumber, and tomato- then sprinkle with a little more salt.
Add the bell peppers and olives. Place top piece of bread on top and press down to sort of hold everything into place.
